Why do I have to create an account?
Creating an account with SABO SKIRT allows you to purchase items, manage your shopping cart, create your wish list, and receive our newsletter! The SABO SKIRT newsletter notifies you of all of our latest arrivals, upcoming promotions and other exclusive offers. To ensure that you do not miss out on any new arrivals or special discounts, create your account HERE.
How can I check the status of my order?
Simply sign into your account and select "View My Order Status". In doing this, you can check the status of your order and see when your package has been shipped.
Where is my order? I have not received it yet?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail, as it may have been received there.
For domestic orders, please allow one to two business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive.
For international orders, please allow 5-10 business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
Why am I receiving an error message when I'm trying to complete my order?
If an error message keeps occurring in your check out process, more often than not there is a credit card problem, or a defect with the billing or shipping address you are trying to use. To fix this error, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information. If the error message keeps re-occurring, please write to our customer care department at info@saboskirt.com
Did you receive the order I just placed?
After you place your order on saboskirt.com, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address once it has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email or your order is not visible in your account page, please write to our customer care department at info@saboskirt.com
Can I make changes to my order I just placed?
It is only possible to make a change to your order within 1 hour of placing it. You must immediately contact our customer care department (within the hour) at info@saboskirt.com. All orders are processed and shipped extremely quickly, so changes can only be made if the order has not been shipped. SABO SKIRT reserves the right to deny a change to your order, in the event that there is not sufficient stock to fulfill your request.

What if the item I am interested in is sold out?
Our items can sell out within hours and we are not always able to restock them. All items that are currently being restocked are shown under the "Restocking" category.
If there is a particular item that you are interested in, please email
customer care at info@saboskirt.com with a list of items so that you can
be placed on an email notification list. If the particular item you are
interested in happens to become available again, we will be sure to
notify you.
If an item is available for purchase it will appear in the 'Complete the Look' section next to the item being viewed. However, some items visible in photographs are solely used for styling and are currently not available for purchase.
It looks like my card was charged twice. Why?
Your credit card was only charged once. What you are seeing is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear and you will see one charge for the order you have placed. Please note that your bank may take up to 48 hours to clear the authorization. If you need help speeding up the process you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.
To use your store credit ,sign into your SABO SKIRT account. During the check out process your store credit will automatically be deducted from your total amount. Store credits are valid for 6 months.
Can I cancel my order without being charged?
All orders that have been cancelled before being shipped will be refunded to your credit card. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has already been shipped.
